Case Study — Children’s Early Education
From Invisible to Undeniable: StudioKids Learning Center
The Challenge: A center with a lot to offer and a website that showed almost none of it
When StudioKids came to us, the gap between the quality of their program and the quality of their digital presence was significant. Families searching for daycare in Harrisburg simply could not find them and if they did land on the site, they encountered an experience that understated the center’s value and contained outdated, inaccurate information.

Our Approach: Full-scope ownership, from strategy through launch
This was not a design-only engagement. i.e.Interactive led every strategic and content layer of the project in close collaboration with InkSplash, who handled design and development. Our scope covered the full foundation that makes a website actually perform.

Decisions that separated this from a generic website project
During our initial project setup, we discovered that the contact form was routing submissions to an email address no one could access. Whatever leads the old site generated were disappearing entirely. Before a single new family could find StudioKids, we had to make sure the organization could actually hear from them.
What We Delivered
- Search Intent :We started with the search bar, not the brief. Before writing a word of copy or mapping a single page, we studied exactly how parents in Harrisburg search for daycare and what they expect to find. Every structural and editorial decision that followed was tested against that intent.
- Competitive Intel: Extensive competitor and AI search analysis - We didn’t just review competitor websites -- we looked at how AI overview results were describing the childcare landscape in the area, which providers were being surfaced, and what language was being used. That analysis shaped both the copy and the content structure.
- Source of Truth: We interviewed the people who know the center best. Rather than relying on the existing site, we went directly to StudioKids staff. Those conversations surfaced program details, values, and qualities a generic brief would never capture -- and they became the foundation of the site’s voice.
- Conversion: A contact form that actually reaches someone. During our initial audit, we discovered the existing contact form was routing submissions to an inbox no one monitored. We designed a clear, trackable form flow and ensured every inquiry would reach the right person.
- GBP Integration: Blog content linked directly from the Google Business Profile. We created posts designed to answer active search queries, then connected them from the GBP -- giving the listing a reason for families to click through and giving the site ongoing search surface area.
The Results: A lead pipeline that is open for the first time.
Meaningful before-and-after comparison was impossible because no tracking existed before this engagement — which is itself part of the story. StudioKids was running a business with no visibility into whether their website was contributing to enrollment at all. Since June 1, 2026, they have received more inbound leads than the prior site ever recorded. The infrastructure is now in place to build on that number
What's Next: A full digital marketing program launches in August 2026
The new website is the foundation. The full marketing program builds on that foundation with paid, organic, and AI-channel strategy.
- SEO & AIO Optimization: Continued optimization for traditional search and AI-generated overviews in the Harrisburg childcare category.
- Branded Paid Search: Paid advertising campaigns protecting Studio Kids' brand terms and capturing families already aware of the center.
- Non-Branded Paid Search: Targeted campaigns reaching families searching for daycare and early education without prior awareness of Studio Kids.
- ChatGPT Ad Campaigns: Testing early-mover placement in ChatGPT's advertising channels to surface Studio Kids Learning Center in AI-assisted family decision-making contact form that actually reaches someone.
- Business Profiles Optimization: Continued optimization of both Google and Bing business pages and monitoring for engagement.
