I recently sat down with Voyage Pennsylvania for their Hidden Gems series to talk about how i.e.Interactive came to be, from my early career in the deaf community to founding the agency in 2009, less than a year after becoming a mom.

Some of it might surprise you. My background is actually in the deaf community, not marketing. I made a career change in 1998, landed at one of Pennsylvania’s largest agencies, and then in 2009, less than a year after having my first child, I decided to go out on my own.

Almost two decades later, every single client we’ve worked with has come through referral. Not one cold pitch. That’s still the thing I’m proudest of.
